Job summary

Luxury Leisure is opening a brand venue in the UK. This role covers a night-shift rota from 22:00 to 08:30, with three nights per week on a flexible 7-day pattern. Initial training will take place at our Clapham Junction venue until February 2027.

As a team member you will deliver excellent customer service, promote offers and events, and suggest games while handling cash. There is an ID check policy (25s) and strict gambling rules to follow, ensuring safe and compliant play.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Able to handle cash and give change.
• Willing to work 3 nights per week on a 22:00–08:30 rota.

Job description

Shift pattern: Monday-Sunday, Night Shift 22:00-08:30. Full flexibility across the week required, working 3 out of 7 nights per week.

Please note this is our brand venue we are opening, initial training would take place in our Clapham Junction venue until February 2027.

If working between the hours of 11pm and 6am, you will receive an additional £1.50 per hour between those times.

By delivering excellent customer service, you will play an integral role in day to day running of our venue. Once you have completed your training, You could be:

• Promoting our excellent offers, promotions and events.
• Providing refreshments and snacks to our customers.
• Recommending games and alternative machines to our customers, using your product knowledge gained through our training programme.
• As a coin based business, handling cash is a big part of our teams daily duties, therefore you will be expected to provide customers with change.

With us operating within the gambling industry, there is an element of ID checking, as we operate a challenge 25 policy across all of our venues, as well as complying with and following strict gambling legislation.
