Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Night Porter to join our busy team. You will work the night shift (approx 7pm–11am) and deliver friendly, reliable service to our guests, maintain security and cleanliness, and help prepare for the following day’s events.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service or hotel experience, a passion for hospitality, and is willing to learn and grow within our growing group of properties.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or hotels.
• Willing to work night shift (7pm–11am) and be flexible.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest service.
• Reliable and eager to learn as part of a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Complete statutory fire and security checks.
• Provide room service and serve food to Company standards.
• Complete daily handover procedures efficiently and responsibly.
• Ensure corridors and public areas are kept clear and safe during the night.
