THE NICI Collection is seeking a reliable and guest-focused Night Porter to join their team in Bournemouth. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety and security of guests while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the night.

The Night Porter will assist with guest requests, support the Night Manager, carry out security patrols, and complete operational tasks to prepare the hotel for the day. Competitive salary, staff discounts, and career progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Calm under pressure with good problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout the night with a friendly approach.
• Carry out regular security patrols of the hotel and report any issues.
• Support with guest arrivals, departures, and luggage assistance.
• Set up meeting rooms and public areas as requested.
• Complete overnight cleaning and preparation tasks.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues.
• Assist with emergency procedures and ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
