Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Night Porter to ensure the hotel remains clean, safe, secure and presentable throughout the night. You will work alongside the Night Manager, performing cleaning in public areas, conducting security patrols, assisting guests, and supporting overnight operations.

The role requires reliability, the ability to work independently, and a customer-focused approach within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in public cleaning, housekeeping or customer service is essential.
• Able to work independently and as part of a night team.
• Reliable, trustworthy and flexible with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas
• Conduct security patrols
• Work closely with the Night Manager
• Report maintenance, health and safety and security issues
• Maintain incident and patrol records
• Assist with conference, event and breakfast areas setups when required
