Witherslack Group is seeking a Night Support Worker to care for children in our homes during waking nights. You will support young people through the night, build trust, and perform duties like paperwork, cleaning and laundry.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, empathy, and resilience, with a focus on helping children regain childhood and develop pathways to healthy futures. Training and progression are provided.

Qualificações

• A can-do attitude and team player approach.
• Honesty and empathy are essential.
• Resilience to handle challenging situations.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• If you don't have Level 3 Diploma, the company will fund studies.

Responsabilidades

• Take care of the home and our young people through the night.
• Provide support when a young person wakes at night and is distressed.
• Carry out tasks around the home such as paperwork, cleaning and laundry.
• Build rapport and trust with our young people to aid their recovery.
