Witherslack Group is seeking dedicated Night Support Workers in the UK to care for children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will work waking nights on a 4 on/4 off pattern, providing a safe, supportive environment and building trust with residents.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Willing to study Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Must demonstrate a can-do attitude, empathy and resilience.

Responsabilités

• Provide night-time care and support to young people.
• Assist with paperwork, cleaning and laundry during quieter shifts.
• Build rapport with young people and support their needs toward positive outcomes.
