Job summary

Witherslack Group is recruiting Night Support Workers to help our young people in residential care during the night shifts. You’ll provide calm, compassionate support, monitor wellbeing, and assist with routine duties while building trusting relationships with children with SEMH needs.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Be prepared for night shifts.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• If you lack Level 3 Diploma, WG will fund study and support progression.

Responsibilities

• Care for young people during night hours and respond to trauma or illness.
• Build rapport and trust with children and families during challenging times.
• Complete paperwork, cleaning and laundry during quieter periods.
