Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Night Care Team Leader at Henlow Court to lead a care team and ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care. You will supervise night-time routines, support daily living, and promote wellbeing in a warm, home-like environment.

The role requires 2+ years in social care, leadership experience, and availability for night shifts with a 36-hour week. Full training up to QCF Level 5 and pension support are provided.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in social care.
• Experience in a senior or team leader role is required.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.

• Support residents with personal care and daily living.
• Encourage independence and wellbeing.
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings.

• At least 2 years’ experience in social care
• 36 hours per week (night shifts)
• Availability to work alternate weekends

Your role:
