The Croft Care Home, operated by Agincare Weymouth, is seeking an experienced Night Care Team Leader in Amersham to guide the care team and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate support. You will lead by example, oversee routines, coordinate activities and maintain high-quality care during night shifts.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years in social care, QCF Level 2 or higher, and eligibility to work in the UK.

Competenze

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• At least 2 years’ experience in social care.
• QCF Level 2 (or above).

We’re looking for:

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
• At least 2 years’ experience in social care
• QCF Level 2 (or above)
• 42 hours per week (night shifts)
• Availability to work alternate weekends

Your role:

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship
• Support residents with personal care and daily living

• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
