Agincare is seeking a Night Care Team Leader at Henlow Court to lead a caring team in delivering high-quality resident care. You will supervise night shifts, support daily living activities, and promote wellbeing in a warm, home-like environment.

The role requires 2+ years in social care, QCF Level 2 or above, and availability for 36 hours per week with some weekend work. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social care.
• Experience in a senior or team leader role is required.
• QCF Level 2 or above in care-related field.

Responsabilités

• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping

We’re looking for:

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
• At least 2 years’ experience in social careQCF Level 2 (or above)
• 36 hours per week (night shifts)
• Availability to work alternate weekends
• Experience in a senior or team leader role is required
