Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Night Care Team Leader at Henlow Court to lead the night-shift care team, provide personal care, oversee medication administration, and ensure accurate records. You will step in when senior management is absent and coordinate with families and healthcare professionals.

The role is 36 hours per week on a rota that includes alternate weekends. Applicants need at least two years' social care experience and a QCF Level 2 qualification; visa sponsorship is not available.
