Agincare Group's Bluegrove care home in London is seeking an experienced Night Care Team Leader to lead the night shift, deliver high-quality care and support residents to thrive.

You will oversee medication administration, support the care team, engage with families and health professionals, and help create a warm, safe home. Minimum 2 years' social care experience and right to work in the UK required; night shifts 20:00–08:15; £16.40 per hour.
