Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Team Leader at Laurel Dene in the United Kingdom. You will lead by example, provide high‑quality care and companionship, and support residents with daily living while promoting independence and wellbeing.

In this role you will oversee medication administration, plan meaningful activities, work closely with families and healthcare professionals, and guide the care team, stepping in during absences of senior management.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience in a senior care role.
  • Must have experience with medication administration.
  • QCF Level 3 or higher is required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Support residents with personal care and daily living activities.
  • Encourage independence and wellbeing.
  • Plan and participate in meaningful activities and outings.

We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
  • Must have experience working in a senior role in care
  • Must have experience with medication
  • QCF Level 3 (or above)
  • 36 hours per week (day shifts)
  • Availability to work alternate weekends
Your Role
  • Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship
  • Support residents with personal care and daily living

  • Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings
  • Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping
  • Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
