Job summary

Agincare Group is recruiting a Care Team Leader at The Croft Care Home in the United Kingdom. You will lead by example, delivering high-quality care and companionship, and supporting residents with daily living.

The role offers 42 hours per week on night shifts and requires a minimum of 2 years’ social care experience. You will oversee medication administration, record-keeping, and work closely with families and healthcare professionals while guiding the care team and stepping up when senior
