Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Team Leader at Rodley House to lead a dedicated care team, delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents. You will oversee daily living support, personal care, and activities, ensuring safety and wellbeing within a welcoming home environment.

The role requires 2+ years in social care, a QCF Level 2 or higher, and 36 hours per week with weekend availability. Join us to make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship
• Support residents with personal care and daily living
• Encourage independence and wellbeing
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
• Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management
