Job summary

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for night shifts at Newfield Lodge. You will support residents’ physical, emotional and social needs under a Registered Nurse, helping with personal care, meals and daily activities. You’ll contribute to compassionate, person-centred care that respects individuality and dignity.

The role emphasises safeguarding, continuous development, and teamwork within a dementia, nursing and residential care setting. Full right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Must have full right to work in the UK.
• Experience in care or willingness to learn.
• Ability to support physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care including washing, dressing and hygiene, meals and daily activities.
• Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to assist with care needs.
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents and help maintain dignity and independence.
