Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will lead a team, plan and deliver personalised care, and maintain meticulous records while supporting residents and their families with compassion.

You will work with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to provide holistic care, engage residents in activities, and uphold high standards of care with kindness at the core of everything you do.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care and willing to work towards Level 3.
• Background in person-centred care planning and dementia care desirable.
• Brilliant positive energy and ability to work with others

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Assistants and support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager.
• Plan and implement personalised care for residents, ensuring dignity and safety.
• Maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with colleagues and families.
