About the Role

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by providing the quality care and support they deserve. You will assist with daily living, offer companionship, and share moments and memories. This role offers varied and rewarding duties, including supporting residents with their meals and following care plans, and ensuring each resident has one-to-one time where possible.
