Quantum Care in Rickmansworth is seeking dedicated care workers to provide compassionate support with personal care, meals, and daily living activities. You will follow individual care plans and work as part of a team to deliver person-centred care.

No previous experience required as full training is provided; you must be 18+, ready to work shifts including evenings and weekends, and willing to work toward a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

• Ensuring residents are safe and comfortable through the night.
• Training will be provided.

  You'll be naturally compassionate and patient, it is not necessary to have previous experience of working in a similar care environment because as long as you have a positive attitude and good communication skills, our first-class training will do the rest.
• You'll be willing to undertake all aspects of care to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents.
• Training will be provided.
• A willingness to be trained and to achieve Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
• The ability to work shifts (including weekends and evenings).
• You must be aged 18 years or over to apply for this job., An Overseas Police Check/ Certificate of Good Conduct may be required if you have lived or worked outside the UK for 12 Months or more, spent a significant period overseas, or worked abroad in a position of trust. This will be in addition to a mandatory Enhanced DBS check.
