Job summary

Mantles Court in Biggleswade is seeking a Night Care Assistant to support our 75-bed luxury care home. The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centred care with a focus on safety and comfort during night hours.

You’ll be involved in personal care, meals, daily activities and building strong relationships with residents and families. Full training is provided; Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care support is available.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; training provided.
• Willing to undertake all aspects of care for residents.
• Willing to achieve Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
• Must be aged 18 or over.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and support, including washing, dressing, grooming and toileting, and assisting with meals and hydration.
• Assisting residents with daily activities promoting independence.
• Building positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
• Follow individual personalised care plans.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high quality, person-centred care.
• Ensure residents are safe and comfortable through the night.

Care Assistant to join our luxury Care Home

Mantles Court based in

Biggleswade. The 75-bed Care Home combines a well-connected, family-friendly location with thoughtfully designed homes offering spacious open-plan living, contemporary finishes and private gardens.

What You’ll Bring

• You’ll be naturally compassionate and patient, it is not necessary to have previous experience of working in a similar care environment because as long as you have a positive attitude and good communication skills, our first-class training will do the rest.
• You’ll be willing to undertake all aspects of care to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents.
• Training will be provided.
• A willingness to be trained and to achieve Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
• The ability to work shifts (including weekends and evenings).
• You must be aged 18 years or over to apply for this job.
