Accor's Novotel Southampton is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to ensure smooth overnight hotel operations and guest service excellence. Located in the heart of Southampton, the role involves handling overnight financial and administrative tasks, guest check-ins, and ensuring safety and high standards

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good administrative and organisational abilities.
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new software.
• The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Completing the Night Audit process accurately and efficiently.
• Processing overnight financial and administrative reports.
• Monitoring the safety, security and smooth operation of the hotel.
• Assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs and overnight enquiries.
• Managing overnight incidents and operational issues professionally.
• Completing handovers and communicating key information to the day team.
• Ensuring all systems, reports and procedures are completed accurately.
• Maintaining high standards of guest service throughout the night.
• Supporting breakfast service at weekends when required.
