• Completing the Night Audit process accurately and efficiently.

• Monitoring the safety, security and smooth operation of the hotel.
• Assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs and overnight enquiries.
• Managing overnight incidents and operational issues professionally.
• Completing handovers and communicating key information to the day team.
• Ensuring all systems, reports and procedures are completed accurately.
• Maintaining high standards of guest service throughout the night.
• Supporting breakfast service at weekends when required.

Join Novotel Southampton as a Night Auditor and play a vital role in ensuring the hotel runs smoothly throughout the night. This full-time position offers a salary of up to £28,125 per annum, excellent employee benefits and the opportunity to develop your career within a growing hotel portfolio.

The Role

As Night Auditor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the hotel overnight, ensuring guests receive excellent service while completing essential financial, administrative and operational procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing the Night Audit process accurately and efficiently
• Processing overnight financial and administrative reports
• Monitoring the safety, security and smooth operation of the hotel
• Assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs and overnight enquiries
• Managing overnight incidents and operational issues professionally

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, dependable and comfortable working independently.

Previous hotel or hospitality experience would be beneficial but is not essential. More importantly, you'll have a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You'll also have:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
