Job summary

Novotel London Blackfriars, part of the Accor group, is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join the front office team. You will balance guest expectations with accurate night audits and reporting, reporting to the Front Office Manager and Night Manager to ensure a smooth overnight operation.

Key responsibilities include end-of-day audits, handling night checks, producing daily financial and occupancy reports, and supporting guests with late arrivals and early departures while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Experience with Opera Cloud PMS is desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-of-day financial audits, reconciling accounts and verifying transactions.
• Facilitate check-in and check-out during overnight hours with accurate room charges.
• Generate and distribute daily reports on financial transactions and occupancy.
• Act as the primary hotel representative overnight in absence of senior management.
• Assist guests during overnight hours, handling enquiries and late arrivals/early departures.
• Resolve guest concerns to achieve positive outcomes.
• Monitor safety and security systems and respond to incidents.
• Assist with night menu preparation and fulfill guest food/beverage requests.
