THINK Healthcare, a Focus Group specialist brand, is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Birmingham to win new NHS business across GP practices, Primary Care Networks, ICBs and federations, while growing revenue within the NHS customer base.

You will own a blended remit of new business and growth with a solution-selling approach, targeting healthcare buyers and leveraging AI tools to improve patient access and staff capacity.

Competenze

• Proven B2B sales experience.
• Experience in NHS, telecoms or health tech is advantageous.
• Resilience and autonomy with ownership of results.
• Coachable with a growth mindset.

Mansioni

• Prospecting - research patch and outbound campaigns including NHS events and conferences.
• Consultative selling - discovery calls and meetings with practice managers, clinical leads and ICB commissioners.
• Closing deals - navigate NHS procurement and stakeholders, close on value not discount.
• Account growth - cross-selling, upselling and referrals across GP networks and federations.
