THINK Healthcare, a specialist brand of Focus Group, is seeking a Business Development Manager in Birmingham to win NHS business across GP practices, Primary Care Networks, and ICBs, while expanding revenue with existing customers.

You’ll lead the full sales cycle in a hybrid role, selling AI-enabled health tech and telephony solutions to NHS buyers who value problem-solving and proven outcomes.

Competenze

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally complex or solution-based selling.
• Experience in the NHS, telecoms or health tech is an advantage; we’ll help fill gaps for the right person.
• A trusted-advisor mindset: someone NHS customers call first.
• Resilience and autonomy, with full ownership of results.
• Coachable, with a growth mindset.

• Prospecting - Researching your patch and outbound campaigns.
• Consultative selling -Discovery calls and meetings with practice managers and ICB commissioners.
