THINK Healthcare, a specialist brand of Focus Group, is hiring a Business Development Manager to win new NHS business across GP practices, Primary Care Networks, ICBs and federations from Derby. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and grow revenue within our NHS customer base.

You should bring proven B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare or health tech, with a trusted-advisor mindset, resilience and autonomy.

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally complex or solution-based selling.
• Experience in the NHS, telecoms or health tech is an advantage.
• A trusted-advisor mindset: someone who sticks around and becomes the person NHS customers call first.
• Resilience and autonomy, with full ownership of your results.
• Coachable, with a growth mindset.

Mansioni

• Prospecting - Researching your patch and running outbound campaigns, including representing THINK at NHS events and conferences
• Consultative selling - Running discovery calls and face-to-face meetings with practice managers, clinical leads and ICB commissioners
• Closing deals - Navigating NHS procurement and multiple stakeholders, and closing on value rather than discount
• Account growth - Cross-selling, upselling and generating referrals across GP networks and federations
