Job summary

THINK Healthcare, the specialist brand of Focus Group for the health and care sector, is recruiting a Business Development Manager to win NHS business across GP practices, PCNs, ICBs and federations.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, selling AI-enabled solutions like AiMEE and Ascend, with a base salary of £45,000–£50,000 per year plus car allowance and incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in healthcare, public sector or B2B tech.
• Experience with NHS, telecoms or health tech is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to act as trusted advisor to NHS customers.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: research patch and run outbound campaigns, represent THINK at NHS events.
• Consultative selling: run discovery calls and meetings with practice managers and commissioners.
• Closing deals: navigate NHS procurement and multiple stakeholders, close on value.
• Account growth: cross-sell, upsell and generate referrals across GP networks.
