Job summary

THINK Healthcare, the specialist brand of Focus Group, is recruiting a Business Development Manager to win new NHS business across GP practices, Primary Care Networks and federations from our Derby base. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, selling AI-enabled solutions such as AiMEE and Ascend, and you will work with NHS customers to address patient access and capacity.

We offer a competitive package with base salary £45,000-£50,000, car allowance, strong bonus potential

Qualifications

• Requires proven B2B sales experience in healthcare or public sector environments.
• Must be capable of consultative selling and closing deals with NHS stakeholders.
• Demonstrates resilience, autonomy and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business across GP practices, Primary Care Networks and NHS bodies.
• Conduct discovery calls and meetings with practice managers, clinical leads and commissioners.
• Close deals by navigating NHS procurement and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Grow revenue within existing NHS customers through cross-selling and referrals.
