Job summary

Lookers Limited, Newcastle, is seeking a Customer Advisor for the Newcastle Customer Contact Centre. You will handle calls, emails, live chats and digital enquiries, turning opportunities into bookings while upholding Lookers’ high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, contact centre, or sales environment (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with technology and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls, emails, live chats and digital enquiries to drive bookings.
• Provide consistent, professional responses across channels.
• Promote and sell service plans to retain customers.
• Maintain accurate data and notes in CRM.
• Support lead generation for new/used vehicle sales.
