The ideal candidate is a qualified Solicitor with over 4 years PQE, experienced in private client matters, and possesses a strong understanding of legislation. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary up to £50,000 and allows for hybrid working arrangements.

• Experience in progressive caseload management.
• Worked in a law firm on private client matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress caseloads through to completion.
• Handle Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estates and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Work with partners and clients across South Wales.

TSR Legal are currently recruiting on behalf local private practice in Bridgend who are seeking a Solicitor to join their growing Wills and Probate department.

The Role

• A fee earning position whilst progressing caseloads through to completion
• Caseloads include Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estates and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• To work with the partners with clients across South Wales

The Person

• A qualified Solicitor with 4 plus PQE
• Has previously worked in a law firm in progressing private client matters
• A strong technical understanding of current legislation
• A good team player with ambition to progress their legal career
