ConSol Partners is recruiting a Business Development Manager for the North West, based in Chorley with hybrid client travel. This is a net-new logo acquisition role focused on the 35–350 user SMB and mid-market segment, with no ongoing account management after onboarding.

You will prospect and close, selling Managed IT, Modern Workplace, Microsoft 365, Azure, Cyber Security and Cloud propositions. Build a strong pipeline with an active SDR team, and drive MEDDPICC-based qualification from

Qualifications

• Proven B2B new logo acquisition experience.
• Experience selling to SMB and mid-market segments.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial outcomes.
• Disciplined pipeline management; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Based in the North West with a valid UK driving license for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Win new logos across 35–350 user SMB and mid-market prospects.
• Sell high-value Managed IT, Modern Workplace, Microsoft 365, Azure, Cyber Security and Cloud propositions.
• Build a robust pipeline with SDR support and self-sourced opportunities.
• Drive MEDDPICC-based qualification from outreach to proposal and handover.
