So Resi / Metropolitan Thames Valley (MTVH) seeks a New Homes Sales Consultant to drive sales across multiple locations in the region. You will manage the full customer journey from initial inquiry to completion, with emphasis on shared ownership schemes and delivering excellent customer experiences.

A valid driving license and the ability to travel between locations are required. Tuesday to Saturday work pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling new homes, ideally with affordable housing schemes.
• Strong knowledge of the shared ownership process and eligibility criteria.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Must have a valid driving license and access to own vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Manage the sales process for new homes from inquiry to completion.
• Provide expert advice on shared ownership properties.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey.
• Build relationships with buyers, mortgage brokers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress and pipeline.
• Organise and host property viewings for potential buyers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets in line with policies.
