Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley (So Resi) is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to lead the customer journey from inquiry to completion in Norwich and surrounding areas. You will drive sales across shared ownership schemes, engaging buyers, brokers, and partners while ensuring excellent service and compliance with safety and process standards.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling new homes, preferably with affordable housing schemes.
• Knowledge of shared ownership processes and eligibility criteria.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to negotiate and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from inquiry to sale completion.
• Advise on shared ownership and help clients understand benefits and procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and guide buyers through the purchasing journey.
• Build relationships with buyers, mortgage brokers, and stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress, and pipeline.
• Organise and host property viewings with a professional client experience.
• Meet and strive to exceed sales targets while upholding policy.
