Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley (So Resi) seeks an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team across a broad geographic area. You will manage the sales process from initial inquiry to completion, with a focus on Shared Ownership and delivering an outstanding customer journey while adhering to health and safety requirements.

You will build strong relationships with buyers, mortgage brokers, and stakeholders, host property viewings, and work Tuesday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new homes sales, particularly with Affordable housing schemes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process for new homes from inquiry to completion.
• Provide expert advice on shared ownership properties and eligibility.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and guide clients through the purchasing journey.
• Develop relationships with buyers, mortgage brokers and stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and pipeline.
• Organize and host property viewings and ensure professional experience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets in line with policy.
