Job summary

A prominent property development company in Weston-super-Mare is looking for a New Home Sales Advisor to sell beautiful homes and deliver exceptional customer service. You will assist clients from the first meeting through to sales completion, negotiating and maintaining relationships throughout the process. The role requires weekend availability and strong communication skills. Dandara offers a competitive salary of £30‑35k plus commission, 33 days holiday, private medical insurance, and various additional perks.

Qualifications

Job description

You'll be working in Petersfield and the surrounding areas.

Working Pattern

This role requires working 5 days in seven with a 2 consecutive days off in the week (flexible, to be agreed) so you must be happy working weekends.

About the role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful New Home Sales Advisor will be an expert at selling customers their dream home. At Dandara we know those first impressions last, so having a passion for customer service is crucial for this role.

What you will do:
  • Meet prospective purchasers, demonstrate the features and benefits of properties for sale – assist with optional extras as and when required.
  • Negotiate the sales details with the purchaser
  • Process related paperwork on sales achieved including financial payments
  • Liaise with purchasers, Sales Manager, legals and site staff to process sales through exchange of contracts and legal completion
  • Assist clients with optional extras and process their choices
  • Deal with any daily telephone / e‑mail / postal enquiries
  • Circulate details of properties for sale to prospective clients
  • Attend show properties on required days to attend to prospective clients
  • Ensure the sales area and any show properties are clean, tidy and well presented at all times
  • Maintain contact and build lasting relationships with customers
  • Ensure purchasers are kept up to date with progress on their plot and development
  • Be aware of market trends and remain updated on product knowledge
  • Carry out general administration tasks including filing, photocopying, compiling of sales packs.

  • Flexibility to work the shifts mentioned to suit the needs of the business
  • Full UK Driving Licence
