Vertu Land Rover Taunton

At Vertu Land Rover Taunton, we are currently recruiting for a New Car Sales Manager to join us! We offer a basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE of £60,000, plus a company car and benefits.

Our Sales Managers lead and manage a controlled sales process, supporting a team of Sales Advisors/Executives. You will provide regular coaching, robust management, and maintain constant customer interaction, with first and second facing activity at its core.

You will serve and support your team to sell new vehicles, along with add-on products, finance, and insurance, ensuring the highest customer satisfaction at all times.

You will also manage sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration while upholding the highest ethical standards.

We seek a talented, experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry.

You should demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability, and operational efficiency. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential, as your primary focus is to lead your team to meet their business objectives.
