Your Journey as a Sales Leader:

  • You will be the driving force behind your Sales Team, igniting their motivation and providing expert coaching to ensure targets and goals are achieved.
  • Ensuring your sales team delivers and maintains a high level of customer service and achieves top CSI scores for your dealership.
  • Responsible for implementing compliance regarding manufacturer standards and customer obligations, ensuring trust and integrity in all we do.
  • Meeting standards for fair financial advice and services, adhering to FCA regulations.
  • Ensuring the dealership is well presented, with well-managed stock, leaving a lasting impression on visitors.
