Agronomist / Area Sales Manager – South Devon

Salary: Basic salary to circa £50,000 DOE + uncapped commission (OTE to £130,000) + car + benefits.

The Job:

My client is seeking a home-based technical Area Sales Manager, located within North Somerset, Avon, Wiltshire, or Gloucestershire. The role involves providing technical support and advice to the regional grower customer base. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical advisory or sales, from recent graduates to seasoned agronomists with extensive technical sales backgrounds. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious company within the crop nutrition sector.

The Candidate:

• Experience in crop nutrition and/or practical arable farming.
• UK driving license.
• Self-motivated with ability to work remotely.
• Experience in B2C and B2B sales is advantageous.
• BASIS & FACTS qualification is advantageous.

The Package:

• Basic salary from £35,000 to £50,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
• Uncapped commission, currently achieving circa £10,000 to £70,000.
• Car and benefits package included.
