DNA Recruit are working with a Leading Growth Consultancy that partners with founder-led creative and marketing businesses to build sustainable growth systems. They specialise in designing sales processes that feel natural, scalable, and effective — helping clients secure consistent leads without relying on referrals or risky hires.

Responsibilities
  • Lead outreach efforts across phone, email, LinkedIn, and ABM campaigns.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture opportunities that align with client goals.
  • Represent clients confidently in reporting sessions, articulating their positioning and case studies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure outreach integrates seamlessly into wider strategies.
  • Explore new tools, automation, and AI to keep campaigns at the cutting edge.
Skills and Experience
