Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking a Network Service Coordinator to provide centralized support to the Network Service Function. You will collaborate with Network Security, Operations and Projects, and work with the Information Management Area to drive improvements.

The role requires ITIL knowledge, plus familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile and Lean, and a proactive, high-pressure capable mindset. Security clearance may be required for certain activities.

Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation (ideally V3 or above).
• Experience implementing ITIL-based practices such as Incident, Change, Problem Management, CSI.
• Awareness and understanding of Project Management Methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile and Lean.
• A positive can do attitude, capable of working in high pressure and challenging environments.
• Excellent organisational and problem solving skills.
• Team player with the ability to motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized support to the Network Service Function liaising with other key areas of the business.
• Collaborate with Network Security, Network Operations and Network Projects and with colleagues in Information Management Area.
• Bring fresh, new and innovative ideas and implement them within the ITIL-driven environment.
