Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking a Network Service Coordinator to provide centralised support to the Network Service Function and to collaborate with key business areas. You will champion ITIL practices and help drive improvements across Network Operations and Projects.

The role requires ITIL certification, experience with ITIL-based processes, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Hybrid working with on-site presence three days per week is expected.

Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification (V3 or above).
• Experience implementing ITIL-based practices (Incident, Change, Problem, CSI).
• Understanding of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, Lean).
• Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems.
• Excellent organisational and teamwork skills.
• Experience with ITSM tools and generating service reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralised support to the Network Service Function in MBDA UK.
• Collaborate with Network Security, Network Operations and Network Projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovative ideas within the ITIL framework.
