Job summary

Copello is recruiting a Networks Coordinator in Hertfordshire to provide centralised coordination across the Network Services function. The role supports ITIL-based processes and CSI initiatives, working with Network Security, Network Operations and Network Projects teams.

The ideal candidate has ITIL Foundation certification, experience in ITIL environments, and familiarity with ITSM tools, incident/change/problem management, and data-driven service improvement.

Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification and experience in an ITIL-driven environment.
• Experience delivering ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, CSI).
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of telecommunications, ICT products and network services.
• Experience using ITSM tools and producing service reports.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralised coordination and administrative support across the Network Services function.
• Support ITIL-based service management processes and CSI initiatives.
• Assist with incident, change and problem management activities.
• Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
• Support production of service reports and data interpretation.
• Drive continual service improvement initiatives across networks teams.
• Collaborate with Network Security, Network Operations and Network Projects teams.
