Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking a Network Service Coordinator to provide centralised support to the Network Service Function, liaising with Network Security, Operations and Projects within the DEX Networks team. You will work with a proactive, ITIL-minded culture and be prepared to drive innovative improvements.

The role requires ITIL knowledge, strong organisational skills, and flexibility for UK/Europe travel in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification (ideally v3 or above).
• Experience implementing ITIL practices (Incident, Change, Problem, CSI).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, Lean).
• Positive, proactive attitude under pressure.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with ability to motivate others.
• Experience with ITSM tools, generating service reports and data analysis.
• Desirable Defence or Public Sector experience.
• Ability to travel within the UK and Europe; willingness to obtain SC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralised Network Service support liaising with key business areas.
• Work with Network Security, Network Operations, and Network Projects within DEX.
• Champion ITIL-driven processes and drive improvements.
• Prepare and present service reports as required.
