Network Operations Specialist (Previous Relevant Experience Required), Dartford

This role is with Telent, located in Dartford, United Kingdom. The position requires EU work permit. The job involves supporting the Network Operations Centre (NOC) team by providing administrative support, ensuring incident resolution, and working within a 24/7 shift rota.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
2. Create incident tickets from customer reports.
3. Action Service Requests and allocate tickets to support teams.
4. Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
5. Coordinate traffic management and liaise with utility companies and customers.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably in a NOC environment.
• Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Good communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
