Job Description:

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician will support the NOC engineering team administratively, ensuring incident resolution aligns with procedures and contractual KPIs. This role involves working on a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
2. Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
3. Action Service Requests.
4. Assign and dispatch tickets to support teams and service providers.
5. Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
6. Coordinate traffic management with providers, regional control, and field resources.
7. Communicate incident updates to customers.
8. Coordinate with utility companies regarding power issues affecting the network.

Who You Are:

Experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
