Job Description:

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician will support the NOC engineering team administratively, ensuring incident resolution aligns with procedures and contractual KPIs. The role involves working in a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding according to KPIs.
2. Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
3. Action Service Requests.
4. Allocate and dispatch tickets to technical support, field engineering, and other service providers.
5. Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
6. Coordinate traffic management, liaising with providers, control teams, and field resources.
7. Communicate with customers about network incidents.
8. Coordinate with utility companies regarding power-related network issues.

Who You Are:

Previous experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, ideally within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
