Network Operations Specialist (Previous Relevant Experience Required) - Maidstone

This role at Telent offers the opportunity to join our Engineering Team, working on critical infrastructure that connects and protects the nation 24/7. As a NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician, you'll provide administrative support to the engineering team, ensuring incidents are resolved efficiently and KPIs are met. The position involves working on a 24/7 365-day shift rota.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
• Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
• Action Service Requests and allocate tickets to support teams.
• Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
• Coordinate traffic management with providers and regional teams.
• Communicate with customers about network incidents.
• Collaborate with utility companies during power-related network issues.

Candidate Profile:

Previous experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, ideally in a NOC environment. Experience in 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution. Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
