Job summary

Cadent Gas is seeking a Network Operations Administrator for a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. The role is hybrid, with office days in Wolverhampton and remote work from home.

You will support the Customer Operations team, coordinate data and processes, raise PO's, process invoices and support management teams to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management, with a proactive approach to

  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Operations team.
  • Coordinate key activities, manage data and business processes.
  • Raise purchase orders and assist with invoices and payments.
  • Support sickness absence management and team activities.
  • Assist senior leaders and Head of Customer Operations with administrative tasks.

12 Month Fixed Term Contract Opportunity

Location: Hybrid between Planetary Road Wolverhampton (WV13 3XA) & Home - typically 3 days per week in office

At Cadent, our operational teams play a vital role in delivering a safe and reliable gas network. As a Network Operations Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative support to the wider Customer Operations team, helping to coordinate key activities, manage data, support business processes and ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently.

This is a varied role where you'll work with a range of stakeholders, supporting operational delivery through excellent organisation, attention to detail and customer service.

  • Co-ordinating financial administration including raising purchase orders, approving invoices and arranging ad-hoc payments.
