Network Engineer - SC Cleared

Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Network Engineer to work with a key client based in Cumbria. Note this requires 5 Days onsite Weekly and active SC Clearance. Candidates must work via an FCSA Umbrella.

Role Overview

The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining secure, high-performance network infrastructure across enterprise environments. This role requires expertise in Cisco and Palo Alto technologies, advanced switching, and data center networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Cisco Switches, Routers, and network devices.
• Implement and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls and security policies.
• Design and configure VLANs and stretched VLANs for multi-site connectivity.
• Deploy and manage Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) for data center networking.
• Troubleshoot network issues and optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with architecture and security teams to deliver robust solutions.

Security Clearance
