A healthcare technology firm in Greater London is looking for a Network Engineer to enhance and support its IT infrastructure. You will design network improvements, manage critical incidents, and collaborate with third-party suppliers. This role offers development opportunities through a structured program and includes participation in an on-call rota for key clinical applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network management and a commitment to maintaining high cybersecurity standards.

This role is based in Synnovis Services which provides and manages Synnovis laboratory facilities, including all equipment, consumables, maintenance services and LIMS.
The Network Engineer is a frontline business operations role which is essential to the support and development of Synnovis IT Infrastructure, which has approximately 2400 users.
This is a hands‑on role and will require daily management and support of all live IT services.
To support all Synnovis IT Infrastructure including network equipment, servers, desktops, laptops, and phones. Also supporting the 1st and 2nd Line Service Desk staff in supporting the wider business with day‑to‑day IT issues.
This role does include the option of being part of a 24‑7‑365 1 week in 4 on‑call rota for key clinical applications for which additional payment will be made.
